From idea to finished piece
A design translated into a finished component
CNC services are part of BK76 and meblobud.pl’s production facilities. We agree the machining scope after analysing the geometry, material and required dimensions.
What can you see from our workshop?
Routed frames in MDF, grooves, curves, openwork cut-outs and plywood components. Explore examples in the gallery and watch decorative panels being machined in the video.
What should you send for a quote?
A dimensioned drawing, material type and thickness, routing depths and number of components. Also state whether you will supply your own board. We will confirm file format and machining feasibility after reviewing the design.
What affects the cost?
Number and size of components, pattern complexity, machining preparation and subsequent finishing. Also give your preferred completion date and proposed collection method for agreement.
Details for your project
Materials, maximum component dimensions and thicknesses, file formats and production of individual pieces or batches are agreed individually. When you enquire, we will also discuss the possibility of using your own material and arranging collection or delivery.
Discuss the details with our workshop ↗For joiners and architects
Let’s agree the production details.
Send us the details below so that we can assess feasibility and prepare a quote.
- Material
- Board or component type and thickness, and quantity.
- Machining
- Outline, holes, pockets, routing depths and the face to be machined.
- Drawing
- A dimensioned PDF or DXF/DWG file. State the units and mark visible surfaces.
- Finish
- Describe the next stages, such as lacquering or veneering. We will confirm the scope after reviewing the documentation.

CNC laser cutting in plywood
Rosettes, mandalas and decorative patterns CNC laser-cut from plywood of various thicknesses. We show actual examples made by meblobud.pl.
In this process, a numerically controlled laser beam cuts the component — not a router bit. The machining method, plywood thickness and pattern details are agreed for each order.

Openwork plywood lamps — CNC routing
Two plywood lamp variants with decorative CNC-routed patterns. Entirely made by meblobud.pl.
The first photograph shows a geometric pattern without illumination, while the second shows a different, ornamental variant with the light on. These are two different patterns, not a comparison of the same lamp before and after illumination.
