A display must explain the material.
Each stand was designed to keep samples clearly visible, easy to remove and clearly associated with the Woodeco brand. The form combines different decors and shows their character without an elaborate structure.

From variant to production run
Prototypes made for repeat production.
For displays, the appearance of the first example is not all that matters. Components must be prepared in a way that maintains the same dimensions, divisions and quality in subsequent units.
Decorative HPL laminate panels
Precision CNC machining and specialist bonding.
Multi-material HPL laminate compositions required precise CNC routing of each component and specialist bonding. Maintaining clean curved lines, accurately fitted joints and a flat panel surface was particularly demanding.
A challenging manufacturing detail
Box with 45° mitred joints.
Component edges were cut and joined at 45°, keeping raw material edges hidden and allowing the surface pattern to flow onto adjoining sides. The engraved lid was filled with resin, creating clear, lasting contrast.
