Idea and scope
Send a sketch or design, approximate dimensions, location and desired timescale. Indicate whether you need a complete fitted unit or selected components only.
Survey and arrangements
Dimensions, materials, hardware and installation scope must be confirmed before manufacture. Discuss the survey method and date with the workshop.
Quotation and timescale
The price depends on dimensions, materials, fittings, curved or routed details and installation. Timescales require confirmation once the scope has been agreed.
Manufacture and installation
Design, manufacture and installation form successive stages of an order. Discuss handover details and any questions after installation directly with the person managing your project.

Do I need a finished design?
No. A description, sketch or inspiration is enough for an initial conversation. If you have a dimensioned design, attach it to your email — it will make agreeing the scope easier.
What determines the quote?
It depends on dimensions, materials, finishes and the scope of work. For machining services, the number of components and the machining method also matter. We establish the price once we know the details.
How do we agree a completion date?
Include your preferred completion date in your enquiry. Our workshop must confirm whether it is achievable once the scope of the order has been agreed.
