How much does bespoke furniture cost in Wrocław?

The short answer: the price is calculated by analysing the design, material and fitting costs, and the labour needed to manufacture and install the furniture and fitted units. Without this information, a single “price per metre” can be misleading.

Worth remembering: The price of bespoke furniture depends primarily on construction, materials, cabinet doors, the number and quality of hardware fittings, equipment, detail machining, and transport and installation conditions. Two fitted units of similar dimensions can therefore cost different amounts.

What does a quotation include?

First, we establish the furniture's size and construction. We then select boards, veneers, lacquers or laminates, edge finishes, doors and hardware. Fittings, workshop machining, transport and installation are added. For unusual projects, other important factors include CNC routing, curving cabinet doors and fitting around uneven walls or existing services.

Why don't we give a universal price per metre?

A metre of simple shelving is not equivalent to a metre of kitchen with drawers, appliances, a worktop and demanding installation. A price per metre overlooks furniture function and the quality of the solutions used. It can serve as a rough comparison, but cannot replace costing a specific design.

What should you prepare for the most accurate quotation?

  1. A floor plan, sketch or design with approximate dimensions.
  2. Photos of the room and the installation location.
  3. A description of function: what needs to fit and how the furniture will be used.
  4. Inspiration and preferred materials, colours and fittings.
  5. Your preferred date — availability must be confirmed by the workshop.

How can you compare quotations sensibly?

Check whether the scope includes the same materials, hardware, fittings, transport and installation. Ask which items are included and which will be charged separately. The cheapest quotation does not always describe the same product. Consider the guarantee period, whether the company has traded for many years, has permanent premises and responds to your concerns.
